Barbara Olson Center of Hope is a developmental training program for teens and adults with developmental disabilities. The Center has serviced the Rock River Valley since 1948. Our mission: “Help individuals with developmental disabilities reach personal goals through individualized skill development, vocational opportunities, and community service.”
