Park Lawn

Park Lawn is a 501(c)3 nonprofit agency service the far South side of Chicago and the Southwestern suburbs. We provide services that promote independence, choice, and access to community living for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Specific services and support we provide range from day programs that encourage growth and independence in vocational and living skills to full one-on-one care. Park Lawn provides residential services from our Community Integrate Living Arrangements (CILA) homes where residents live in local municipalities and a 15 and 41 bed intermediate care facility (ICFDD) where 24/7 nursing care is paramount for our most medically fragile and physically vulnerable individuals.
