SynerChange Chicago (SCC) is a change leadership firm that helps organizations and individuals see new possibilities, change their mindset, and move from where they are to where they want to be. Their mission is to bring about the conscious and consistent practice of Creative Interchange in organizations today. SCC offers strategic planning, leadership development, and speaking opportunities.
SCC’s Leadership Development Program focuses on enhancing leadership skills and fostering learning and collaboration within your organization. Participants attend monthly learning sessions and are provided with a portfolio that includes a personalized profile, session agendas, and additional materials.
In their Leadership Education Series, participants attend one or two days of sessions per month for six months to a year, and will continue to build their portfolios with completed assignments, articles, and notes.
